This policy explains what we collect when you reserve a founding spot on Anterooms, and what we do with it. Anterooms is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us").

1. What we collect

• Email address — entered at checkout, used to confirm your spot and contact you about Anterooms.
• Payment confirmation — amount, currency, timestamp, waitlist position and your consent to the terms. We never see or store your card number; payment details are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy).
• Basic anti-abuse data — your IP address is used transiently for rate limiting at checkout; it expires within two hours and is purged automatically shortly after (typically within a day).

2. What we use it for

• Confirming your payment and waitlist position by email.
• Sending founding members product updates and early-access invitations (you can unsubscribe from updates at any time; transactional emails about your deposit are always sent).
• Processing refunds under our refund policy.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the processors below.

3. Who processes it

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and receipts, as merchant of record.
• Amazon Web Services — hosting and secure storage of registrations, and email delivery.
• Plausible Analytics (if enabled) — privacy-friendly, cookieless page analytics. No personal data, no cross-site tracking.

4. Cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies. Lemon Squeezy may set cookies on its own checkout pages for fraud prevention.

5. Retention & your rights

We keep your registration until Anterooms launches and you become a customer, or until your deposit is refunded — after which we delete it within 90 days. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent, by emailing hello@anterooms.net. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
